A repeatable weekly content system
By Maya Chen · Aug 14, 2026 · 7 min readA month plan is the skeleton; the weekly loop is what keeps it alive. Thirty minutes every Monday is enough to stay a week ahead without ever feeling behind.
The Monday loop
Every Monday, review last week's numbers, pull the next batch of drafts forward, and slot them onto the calendar. Fifteen minutes of review, fifteen of scheduling. That's the whole ritual.
- Scan what over- and under-performed.
- Promote two winning formats into this week.
- Schedule the week and leave one open slot for something timely.
Staying a week ahead
The goal is never to post from an empty tank. If you're always working a week out, a bad day never becomes a missed day, and trending moments slot into the open space instead of blowing up the plan.
